Review of Our Impact and Transition for Creating Pathways

Develop Africa launched a GlobalGiving project to provide and report on remedial training to 100 girls who became pregnant during the Ebola crisis (and were temporarily out of school). Over the past 2 years, we have provided support to over one hundred young ladies that dropped out of school.

Sorie lives in a small village called Kamawoni. He wanted to continue his education by going to a teacher's college. He tells us a little about himself and expresses his gratitude below.

Winifred is Working on her Tailoring Skills - Thanks to YOU

hanks to your generous support, the Tailoring School has had a significant impact in the Wellington community. A number of the youths and school dropouts have learned how to sew.  Your support is making this possible.  There are 10 trainees currently. One of the current students is Winifred.

Business is Growing for Mariama & Mabinty

Thank you so much for helping to make the next phase of  Mariama's and Mabinty's entrepreneurship dreams come true.   
Mariama is so thankful to have received some the microfinance funding to start her small business.  In the photo included with this report, she is showing some of the personal hygiene and other supplies she purchased to start her business. Mabinty is likewise very thankful to have received funding for her microfinance loan to start her small business.
