The Seedlings Planted in June are Growing

We appreciate your ongoing support to help reverse deforestation in Freetown, Sierra Leone.   To help reverse deforestation, 100 seedlings were planted in June.  While it is a slow process,  the seedlings are growing.  As the seedlings continue to grow they will provide protective cover on the land and help prevent soil erosion. Plants and trees slow down water as it flows over the land and this allows much of the rain to soak into the ground.
