Update from the Field-ABA Senegal Team

Thank you for your continued support that is making an impact for Autism therapy in Senegal.  Below is from the Dakar Team about their activities.

Hello dear readers and supporters,

The ABA Senegal team has been accepting some new home therapy students. Within the next 6 months, we are expecting our therapy waitlist to grow in size, pushing us ever-forward!

This past month, we participated in the first-ever Pan-African Congress on Autism’s 2019 Conference, held in Nairobi, Kenya. We cannot describe how proud we are of the amazing community who put this together. This was a major event - The PACA organizers worked tirelessly for many months to make it a reality. Hundreds of attendees, dozens of speakers - Over 20 African countries were represented, and we are looking towards an even larger group next year. Bravo to everyone!

If you want to know more about PACA and its highlights on intervention and therapy topics from this year, see our blog post at https://www.abasenegal.org/single-post/2019/05/11/The-worlds-first-Pan-African-Congress-on-Autism---2019-Highlights.

Sincerely,

-The ABA Senegal team

Families in Sierra Leone face unprecedented challenges due to rising costs. Inflation makes it difficult for them to afford basic food staples such as rice, cooking oil, and onions.

Extending a helping hand can alleviate a significant burden and provide essential relief to the less fortunate.
