We truly value your contribution, especially as we strive to provide essential items to students in need in Africa. We do not have an office in Europe, so you must ship your items to our shipping agent.    
 

Note: This page covers shipping items from Europe.

If you would like to donate items that are NOT school supplies from US, Canada, Australia, Singapore etc. please see the instructions on this page.   
 

Please carefully note the following:

• We cannot cover the shipping costs related to your donated items.
   
• Shipping internationally is expensive. Please carefully review the costs below before proceeding. 
   
• The cost of shipping your items could be more than the actual value of the items themselves. 
   
• Shipping costs vary depending on how much you are shipping and where you are shipping from.
   
• We suggest that you consider instead donating an amount equal to the shipping cost. We will then purchase the items locally in Africa.   
   

Your Financial Responsibility

• Cost 1: You are responsible for shipping your boxes to our agent. We are not able to provide an estimate of the cost of shipping your box to our shipping agent. This will vary based on the box size and your shipping carrier.    
  
  Optionally - you could drop off your items at our agent's warehouse in Lewisham, London SE13 7UX.   
   
• Cost 2: We ask that you cover the shipping and delivery costs from the UK to Sierra Leone. Your contribution to shipping costs helps us fulfill our mission.  

Cost 2: Shipping and Delivery Costs

The box dimensions and shipment & delivery costs are as follows:  
 

• Small box: 52cm x 36cm x 36cm - £75 
• Tea chest box: 50cm x 42cm x 64cm - £120 
• Medium box: 61cm x 61cm x 61cm - £165 
• Large box: 97cm x 62cm x 70cm - £205 

If you decide to proceed with shipping your items, below is the process that we have established after doing this for over 15 years. This process minimizes delays and obstacles.    
 

1. Please fill out this form to inform us of the number of boxes that you plan to send and their dimensions.
    
2. Donate here to cover the Cost 2: Shipping and Delivery Costs 
    
3. We will then provide a mailing address and instructions.

4. You will then ship the boxes to our shipping agent.
