Help Alfred Become Computer Proficient
Imagine living with ZERO or limited access to computers. This is what life is like for Alfred and hundreds of other youths in the Wellington community in Freetown.
Alfred is a teacher in training. His ambition is to be a principal when he grows. He also has an interest in law. Learning computer skills is his chief priority. He renders voluntary service to children in the Wellington community environs. He is smart and very accommodating. Given the opportunity to learn computer skills will help him build his ability to become an efficient principal.
We now have the opportunity to make the dreams of computer literacy come true for Alfred and hundreds of other youths. Access to this computer lab and the Internet will open up a world of learning, growth and self-advancement opportunities for the beneficiaries in Wellington. Technology plays a huge role in educating and empowering people for success. Access to knowledge and information broadens horizons and changes destinies. This project will help bridge the Digital Divide.
