As you realize, we will need and welcome your continued support - that will make this a home where their dreams will continue to be fulfilled.  In the turbulent world that we live in today, its all the more essential that we work together and make the world a better place.

Dream Home Children Receive Gifts  
The Dream Home children were very excited to receive gifts that were generously donated by SENT MINISTRIES. Each box had assorted items for children,like toys, soap, caps, ball ,doll etc.  See more photos...

Partnership Provides 50 eReaders to FAWE School - Klintworth Family Foundation - World Reader  



Develop Africa is delighted to announce a partnership, implemented by Worldreader and Develop Africa and funded by the Klintworth Family Foundation.  This partnership provided the girls at the FAWE School with 50 new eReaders promoting reading and learning.


The Kindle devices were preloaded with a variety of eBooks - specially selected by the school and World Reader. Each eReaders is a mini-library leap-frogging the girls into the 21st Century - providing current technology and access to a hundred books. The eBooks include both African and International titles - text books, teacher guides, mathematics, French, integrated science, Biology and story books. Read more...

Donate Solar Lights for Kids in Africa





Can you imagine trying to do homework or read a book with no light?  Most children in Africa have to deal with this problem every evening.  

For tens of thousands of kids and youths living in Sierra Leone, power cuts are unfortunately "normal". At night, for lighting, they have no choice but to use kerosene lanterns and open-flame candles. The smoke from these light sources is hazardous to their health. The flames are also a fire hazard. 

Develop Africa is helping to address this by providing safe, renewable, solar-powered lights to kids and youths.  Read more...
