Go to https://developafrica.reachapp.co/sponsorships

1.  Click on "Log in"

2.  Type in using your username (email address) and password.

3.  Click on the "Sign in" button If you do not know what your username and password are or you signed up through the help of someone else, you can request a new password, by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link.  If you need help with resetting your password, please send a message to child@developafrica.org and we will gladly assist you.

4.  Once logged in, you can manage your own information which may include:

Your Profile
 - List Primary Email and Username
 - Include Date of Birth
 - Include a Profile Photo
 - About Me Section
 - Address 
 - Notes
 - Phone Number
 - Spouse's Information
 - How You Became a Supporter
 - Supporter Type
 - Choose Preferred Contact Options

Sponsorships
 - View and Manage their Sponsorships
 - Start Conversations and Message with Sponsorships - Instructions below

The "New Message" button is available to you once you log in to your REACH account and click on Your Sponsorships > See All:

On this page, you can click "New Message" next to the sponsorship that you would like to send a message to:

The new message button is also available on the sponsorship details page:

This will load a "New Message" page where you can compose a message to your child:

- Add a subject
- Choose the sponsorship via the drop-down menu that lists all current sponsorships
- Add any attachments - photos or video
- Compose the message in the body
- When complete, click on "Send Message"
This will create a conversation between you and your sponsored child.  
When you receive a reply to your message, you will receive an email notifying you to log in to your account. Once logged in, you will see any unread messages highlighted in your Inbox and the number of messages will be shown next to "My Profile"
